Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor Parth Samthaan is upset as his maternal grandmother has passed away. The actor shared the news on his social handle. Many celebrities have paid their condolences. Fans are also heartbroken seeing their favourite actor sad. Parth has shared two pictures with his grandmother and called her his world. The pictures show their good times as the actor penned down an emotional note for her.
Taking it to his official Instagram handle, Parth wrote, “My entire family including me came into existence coz of this woman , my ajji (naani) And it’s time for her to leave and start her new journey ..my cutie ....RIP AJJI cutest doll in our family ...Love you.” In the first picture, Parth is seen sitting beside his grandmother giving her a side hug. Both are smiling and in the second picture, he has shared her solo photo where she is seen wearing a yellow maxi and sunglasses.
Parth's co-actor, who is also his good friend, Hina Khan extended her condolences and said, “RIP naani’s are so special.” Many other celebrities also commented on his post.

There are rumours going around that the actor might make his acting debut with Resul Pookutty's Piharwa. However, there is no official confirmation about the same.
