Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Hina Khan Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan to head to Kolkata for the shoot
Parth Samthaan along with Hina Khan and Erica Fernandes will soon be heading to Kolkata to begin shooting for Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
It is already known that Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes, and Hina Khan will be stepping into the mighty shoes of Anurag Basu, Prerna, and Komolika respectively for Kasautii Zindagii Kay. After Erica's promo, Parth and she kickstarted shooting for another promo on Saturday. The two was spotted at Palghar railway station shooting for it, pictures of which have already been LEAKED on the social media. Now, a Mumbai Mirror report states that the team will be heading to Kolkata soon for a week to commence shooting.
The report quoted a source saying, "Parth, with his onscreen parents Uday Tikekar and Shubhaavi Choksey, female leads Erica and Hina Khan who plays Komolika, will head to Kolkata for a week. The team has already started shooting the Mumbai portions last week at Killick Nixon studio.” Well, it will be interesting to see if the new team will be able to replicate the same magic onscreen. The original which aired since 2001 saw Cezzena Khan essaying the role of Anurag while Shweta Tiwari plays the beautiful Prerna.
While Parth is yet to open up on playing Anurag, Erica in an exclusive interview with us revealed that she is very excited to be a part of this project. She also said that she is aware of the comparisons that are to happen but simultaneously she feels the Prerna she plays is of the modern times and is here to stay.
The first teaser for the show sent us all on a trip to the nostalgia land as the original title song of the show hit our ears.
