Kasautii Zindagii Kay February 21, 2019 Written Update: Prerna is in shock
Today in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, we see how Prerna gets traumatised when Nivedita informs her about Anurag's engagement. Later, Shivani requests Prerna to stop the engagement. Will Prerna take a stand?
In the previous episode, we have seen how Komolika tricks Anurag on making an announcement of their engagement while Prerna is unaware of everything happening at the Basu House. Anurag in order to obtain Sharma House’s papers agrees to get engaged to Komolika immediately. Here, Komolika convinces Mohini that if they go in front of Moloy as a couple, he might react and might show some positive signs of getting cured. Anurag couldn’t muster the courage to talk to Prerna as he feared she might not understand and take this as his betrayal and insult to their love. Mishka comes in Komolika’s room just when kumkum’s box fell from Komolika’s hand while Mishka mocks that Anurag still had the feeling for Prerna which was evident in his eyes and that kumkum falling on the floor was a sign of bad omen.
Prerna recollects her moments with Anurag and his promise to make her Prerna Basu while Anurag becomes unsettled thinking about Prerna and what and how he should break the news to Prerna. Komolika meanwhile tells Mishka that no omen or person can stop Komolika getting married to Anurag and that she won’t let anything come in between them. Here, Nivedita comes to Sharma house to invite Prerna and the Sharma family where she tells the family that Anurag wanted to marry Komolika and that the engagement ceremony was the same evening. Nivedita requests everyone to come and attend the function while Veena and Prerna are seen shell shocked. Prerna goes to her room the very instance and calls Anurag which he did not pick.
While Mishka gets into an argument with Nivedita while she was leaving, Anurag sees a number of missed calls from Prerna on his phone and wonders whether or not Prerna got to know about Anurag’s engagement. Anurag decides to meet Prerna and put up an act so that Prerna doesn’t feel the pain of separation. Shivani reasons out to Prerna that Anurag will definitely be in some kind of trouble and might be trapped in a situation which forced him to take this decision.
