Kasautii Zindagii Kay is amongst the top ranking shows. Apart from Parth, Erica and Karan, Hina Khan was also a part of the show as Komolika but had to leave as she is making her Bollywood debut soon. Ekta Kapoor's show Kasautii Zindagii Kay has a huge fan following as it had in the first part. The television serial is number one on the TRP charts mostly.
