Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Ekta poses with her new Komolika AKA Hina Khan; former's comment leaves us confused
Yesterday, Hina Khan attended the premiere of Home, a web-series for Ekta's ALTBalaji, and posted a picture of herself with Ekta Kapoor but it was their Instagram chat that left everyone in a state of confusion
All the fans of Ekta Kapoor’s show Kasautii Zindagii Kay were overjoyed when it was announced that a remake of the serial is in the pipeline. Soon, the promos of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 took the internet by storm. While Erica Fernandes will be playing the role of Prerna and Parth will be seen essaying the role of Anurag Basu, it was only one thing that has been kept under the wraps and that being the role of Komolika.
Although Hina Khan has been tight-lipped about playing the role of Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, this picture of Hina Khan and Ekta Kapoor speaks volumes. Yesterday, Hina Khan attended the premiere of Home, a web-series for Ekta's ALTBalaji, and posted a picture of herself with Ekta from the event. Hina wrote, "And my first ever selfie with the woman I looked up to all these years... Your energy is simply love dear Ekta."
But what caught our attention was Ekta Kapoor’s comment on Hina’s picture and that has left everyone in a state of confusion. In a reply to Hina, Ekta Kapoor wrote, “Was fantastic mtng u!!! Hope to work with u sometime In d future” It was being reported that Hina Khan will be returning to the small screen as the antagonist in Ekta Kapoor’s show. Not just this, it was also said that Hina Khan will be the highest paid actor on the show. But looking at Hina’s and Ekta’s Instagram chat, we too are confused.
Erica and Parth have already begun shooting for their parts in the city and will be going to Kolkata soon for a week-long shoot. Kasautii Zindagii Kay will air from September 25, 2018. The show will see Shah Rukh Khan turn narrator for the show in the initial few episodes.
