Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Hina Khan REVEALS that Bigg Boss 11 might be one of the reasons why she is Komolika

As one of the most iconic negative characters walked into the revamped season of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, the audience just went into a frenzy. Within minutes of her making the entry into the show, Komolika aka Hina Khan was trending all over the net. The anticipation and the hype that was created around Komolika’s character by the makers, especially the producer Ekta Kapoor was something that no other character has witnessed till date. After keeping it under the wraps for long, the producer finally shared the look of Hina Khan as Komolika, and yesterday, she made her entry into the show.
Twitterati went crazy as they loved her new avatar. But Hina Khan in an interview revealed that one of the reasons she got picked for playing Komolika might have been her stint in Bigg Boss. In an interview with BollywoodLife, Hina Khan on being questioned about being picked for Komolika replied, “Don't you think Ekta can answer this question better than me? She knows exactly why she chose me for Komolika. Having said that, I feel each and every step in one's career leads to the next one. Hence, when we are talking about Komolika, she was one of the fashionable characters of television during its reign. In Bigg Boss, people appreciated the way I dressed in the house and so yes that could be one reason but again I think Ekta would probably know best.”
In Bigg Boss Season 11, Hina Khan was seen as one of the strongest contenders in the house. Her participation and fan following was through the roof. She was an active member of the house and entertained the audience a lot till the time she was present. Also, she was known to be one of the best dressed and most fashionable contestants in the house. All this matched with Komolika’s character as she is one of the most fashionable and gorgeous negative leads in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Thus, Hina Khan shared that she feels this also might have been a reason for being picked to play Komolika in the new season of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
