Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’s first episode aired today and fans are already loving it. It has been close to two decades since the show first aired and even today, the plot is resonating with the audience. The show is based in Kolkata with Parth Samthaan stepping in the shoes of Anurag Basu’s character, whereas Erica Fernandes is the new Prerna. Twitterati can’t stop praising Erica and Parth after watching the first episode. While some fans got nostalgic about the original show, most have loved the reboot version.
The promo of the show did not reveal Komolika’s face, however Urvashi Dholakia who played the role in the original version confirmed in an interview today that Hina Khan is indeed playing the part. After months of speculation, Urvashi today said that Hina will be portraying a negative character in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
