Kasautii Zindagii Kay: This innovative promotional strategy is sure to take Ekta Kapoor’s show a notch higher
After roping in Shah Rukh Khan for the promotion of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Ekta Kapoor has now come with a very unique and 'never seen before' way of promoting the love saga. She has roped in popular television faces to be part of the promotion. The face will reveal a 'Sculpture of Love'.
Ekta Kapoor has been ruling the prime time television for years now. Her shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, entertained the audience for years. And apart from these, one show that no one could ever get over was Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan played the lead roles of Prerna and Anurag in the show. During the early 2000s, Kasautii was one of the best shows and Anurag and Prerna's love story received enormous praise. May be that’s the reason Ekta Kapoor is bringing back the popular show with a new cast, new set up and modern touch.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 which will have Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan as Prerna and Anurag. Has been creating a lot of buzz ever since it was announced. Actor Karanvir Bohra who played the role of Prem aka Yudi in the show and Anurag and Prerna's son, was seen heading to Delhi to promote the show, along with his wife Teejay Sidhu. Accompanying them were actors Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij. On the other hand, actors Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi will be seen heading to Vadodra, Dharmesh Yelande will go to Nashik, Sanjeeda Sheikh will leave for Rajkot and last but not the least, the original Sairat couple Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar will be seen doing the honours in Nagpur.And the Mumbai leg of the promotions will see actress Esha Deol and husband Bharat Takhtani unveil the sculpture.
Exciting, isn’t??? The original series ran successfully for eight years, and the way the promo had garnered attention, it seems the reboot too is going to be a massive hit among viewers. The reboot version of the show is slated to go on-air from September 25.
