Karan Wahi replaces Dheeraj Dhoopar as the Dance India Dance host; Read on
The dance reality show is now garnering headlines as Dheeraj Dhoopar who was roped in to host the same has opted out of the show as he was finding difficult to juggle two shows.
Dance India Dance which will mark Kareena Kapoor's TV debut is all set to go on air soon. The dance reality show is now garnering headlines as Dheeraj Dhoopar who was roped in to host the same has opted out of the show as he was finding difficult to juggle two shows (he is currently working in daily soap Kundali Bhagya). And now, the latest reports suggest that Karan Wahi who has previously hosted DID Super Moms season 2 has replaced him.
On the same, Dheeraj told TOI, "It has been a long journey. I have put in a lot of hard work and I am happy that the audiences have liked my work. I am already a part of a successful show like 'Kundali Bhagya' and though this was a golden opportunity, anchoring 'DID' with judges like Kareena Kapoor Khan and a newer format, it got physically and mentally difficult for me to manage both."
He added, “I am not complaining of the long hours but I would be left without any weekly off." He also said he has to focus on other commitments as well.
Speaking of Dheeraj, he recently completed 10 years in the field of entertainment. On the other hand, Karan was last seen on the shows such as The Voice and Box Cricket League Season 4.
