Karan Patel on Bigg Boss 11's Hina Khan: Arrogance has no place in this industry
Karan Patel gets candid about his tweets against Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan.
Karan Patel is amongst the leading television actors in the industry currently and has been winning hearts with his role as Raman Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.
Talking candidly with a leading daily about his successful career so far, Karan revealed, "I experienced success with Kasturi as well as my ongoing show; I feel it has taken me to a new level. Neither could have happened without the other. I feel success means being humble. As long as you have humility by your side, your head on your shoulders and feet on the ground, success can never leave you. It’s the people who make you successful in the entertainment industry. If you take them for granted or ignore them, they will not be there when you take a fall. The more you want to grow, the more number of people you should take with you. Relationships with people matter. I am deeply humbled that people have loved me and my show for all these years."
Karan recently made the headlines for his tweets against Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan. The actor referred to Hina as both 'fake' and 'sadistic'. Talking about his tweets, Karan stated, "Arrogance has no place in this industry. Being a successful celebrity means you should set an example for others who want to be like you. I tweeted when I felt her attitude was out of control and not in favour of my friends who are in the show."
Earlier, when a leading daily asked Karan if he would ever participate in the show, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor revealed, "I would love to, but they will have to modify some rules. For example, if push comes to shove, I wouldn’t mind slapping somebody over and over again. I am extremely reactive, but apologetic only when I am wrong. Imagine me being in the same house as Akash Dadlani! You can’t put up an act for 100 days inside a glass-walled house."
