Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava's spokesperson on her miscarriage: They are coming to terms with it
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel's wife Ankita Bhargava, who was four months pregnant, has suffered a miscarriage. Their spokesperson urged the fans and media to support them and give them privacy in this tough phase.
Karan Patel, who is popular for his role of Raman in Star Plus' show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, tied the knot with Ankita Bhargava in 2015. The couple was very much in love, and were all set to take the plunge - they were expecting their first baby.
But recently, the fans were hit by a sad news. Ankita Bhargava, who was four months pregnant, has suffered a miscarriage. The unfortunate incident happened a day after Gold Awards 2018. The news was confirmed by Ankita's father and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Abhay Bhargava to The Times of India, but he did not comment any further.
Since the news broke out, fans have been flooding the couple's feed with positive wishes. A spokesperson on behalf of both the families thanked the fans for their love and concern. The statement reads as "It is a tough time for them and coming to terms with it will take a few days." She also urged the fans and media to respect the couple's privacy.
This sudden turn of events has shaken everyone. But, Ankita has her doting husband Karan by her side. Earlier, in an interview, she had said, "He is an easy person to be with but he is a demanding husband. When he has a day off, he wants me around all the time. Marriage is a work in progress. Karan and I have grown as a couple though we were very different when we married two years ago. He is colourful and I am black and white and vice-versa in some situations."
