Karan Johar announces Koffee With Karan Season 6; Will Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas be the first guest?
Karan Johar has officially announced the sixth season of Koffee With Karan with his tweet. While reports claim that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma might be the first guest on the show, we wonder if Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas might just give them a competition.
Everyone's favourite and director-actor, Karan Johar is all set to take the hot seat once again for the sixth season of his cult chat show Koffee With Karan. The show filled with crazy rendezvous is a one-stop destination for inside gossip regarding the industry and Karan sure knows how to keep the audience entertained. Last season turned out to be a literal nightmare for Johar after what can be termed as the most "controversial" episode featuring Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan. The episode literally gave 2017 its favorite word 'nepotism'.
As we continue to reel under the after-effects of that episode, Karan today announced the sixth season to the show. He tweeted, "Time to wake up and smell the ....... COMING SOON." Well, well, this surely has piqued our interest. Karan even shared a picture of himself on the sets and seems like he is already shooting for the promo which makes us wonder who will make it to the couch for the first episode? Well, our bet is on Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
While there were rumours that the next hot couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma might be the opening Jodi this year, Anushka had vehemently denied the news. Also, PeeCee's equation with Karan makes us wish to see her finally making an official couch debut with now fiance Nick. Last year, it was Karan who had asked Priyanka if she is married or single as she graced the show in its fifth season. At that time, Priyanka had quashed the rumors saying, "The world will know when there’s a ring on the finger."
Well, the rock has been found and how! Priyanka and Nick made it official today with their romantic captions on the social media. The much in love couple is expected to tie the knot this year in the next two months.
