Kapil Sharma is in trouble again; complaint filed against the comedian for allegedly violating traffic norms
As per a report in a leading daily, Independent Students Federation has filed a complaint against stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma for allegedly violating traffic norms during his recent visit to Amritsar.
Kapil Sharma has been ruling the Television industry with his impeccable wit and sense of humor for quite a while now. His comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show, had gone off air last year leaving all his fans disappointed. However, the comedian is back to enthrall us with his new show titled Family Time with Kapil Sharma.
However, it seems that the trouble surrounding the ace comedian is not going to end anytime soon. As per a report in a leading daily, Independent Students Federation has filed a complaint against Kapil for allegedly violating traffic norms during his recent visit to Amritsar.
President of the federation, Keshav Kohli, has alleged that Kapil was over speeding on a bike that too without wearing a helmet on his visit to Amritsar. He further said that Kapil was a local native of Amritsar and was a role model of millions of his fans and he should have obeyed the traffic norms.
In a video going viral on the internet, Kapil is seen driving Bullet and he is wearing a cap while recalling his experience of living in the city. Earlier in 2016, nurses in Amritsar had also filed a complaint against Kapil showing nurses in a bad light in his TV show.
Meanwhile, Kapil’s new show is said to be inspired by The Hollywood Squares and will mark his return to TV.
Following his ill health, in an interview, Kapil had said, "I am deeply touched by the warmth and love the audience has showered on us over the years. It’s their belief and undying devotion that encourages us to continue to reinvent ourselves and bring smiles to every household week on week. I am grateful to Sony Entertainment Channel for believing in me and our show and supporting us in creating and bringing unlimited entertainment to every household every weekend."
A source had revealed to the daily, "Sony TV and Kapil recently had a meeting and discussed on the comeback of the show. With Kapil now fit and fine, he is raringtogo, and entertain his audience in his own inimitable style. The promo that is being shot today would be just an announcement, and a full-fledged one would be shot after the creatives are finalized. The show is expected to launch by end of March."
