The Kapil Sharma Show: Krushna Abhishek SHOCKED on not being allowed to appear onstage with uncle Govinda
Krushna Abhishek expresses his disappointment on not being allowed to share the stage with uncle Govinda in The Kapil Sharma Show. The actor is shocked on Govinda's wife Sunita's decision to not feature on the stage together.
Krushna Abhishek is one of the best comedians we have in the Indian television industry. The actor has featured in many films as well and presently he plays the character of Sapna in the comedy series The Kapil Sharma Show. Krushna is an integral member of The Kapil Sharma Show family and together with Kapil Sharma and Bharti Singh, the actor gives the audience a strong dose of laughter every weekend.
Recently, the 90's megastar Govinda made an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show along with wife Sunita, to promote their daughter Narmada's album on the show. It would indeed, have been a great sight watching the uncle and nephew Krushna make the audience laugh together but much to our shock, Krushna was nowhere to be seen onstage along with Govinda. In an interview with Bombay Times, Krushna expressed that he received the shock of his life as he learned that his uncle Govinda's wife Sunita did not want him to be a part of the segment featuring them.
The actor revealed that he appeared as Sapna in a gig before their entry but was not allowed to appear on stage with them. He said that it was shocking and sad to sink in but he refrained from creating a ruckus as he did not want to spoil it for his cousin Narmada. Krushna spoke candidly and revealed that there have been a few problems rising in the family because of a tweet posted by his wife Kashmira Shah which mocked people who dance for money. Govinda's wife Sunita took the tweet as a personal attack on hubby Govinda as he is known for his unconventional dancing.
Trying to resolve the misunderstanding, Krushna clarified that wife Kashmira's tweet was meant for his sister Arti Singh but Sunita was not to be convinced. He further expressed his disappointment saying that when he can think of Narmada's wellbeing being his elder brother, he expects the same consideration from uncle Govinda and his wife.
Looks like all's not well between Krushna and Govinda, and we hope the duo sorts out their differences and make a joint appearance on the stage soon to treat the audience with their unmatched humour and wit in unison.
