The Kapil Sharma Show: The comedian is not returning to the small screen anytime soon

The actor-comedian Kapil Sharma was said to make a come back to the small screen with the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show. According to Bollywood Hungama, “That’s the tentative date to resume the show. We are all working towards a 25 November start. We want it to be a Diwali gift for Kapil’s fans. However, if we don’t meet the 25 November deadline, we will start on 11 December for sure.” This seemed to be a good news for all the Kapil Sharma fans who have been waiting to laugh their hearts out from quite some time now.

But, seems the wait is not over yet. Yes, you read that right. As per a report in BollywoodLife, Sony TV’s spokesperson has denied the news of the show going on air anytime soon. "No the news is not true. It is not going on air from November 25 and it might not have a Diwali start."

Well, we will have to wait and see if the show will start on December 11, as rumours suggested that if the show doesn’t get November 25 start, then it might start on December 11.

Kapil Sharma had informed about his comeback on the small screen through a tweet, which read, “Back in Mumbai after one and a half month. now it’s time to make you people laugh with the new season of #TKSS."

Kapil Sharma was surrounded by controversies around his temperament and love life after his show, Family Time With Kapil was taken off air just after two episodes.
