Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath, who have been together for several years, tied the knot in Jalandhar on December 12. The couple got married in two ceremonies – in accordance with Hindu and Sikh rituals. Their wedding had Kapil’s friends and colleagues from the industry join them in the celebration, and in attendance were the likes of Bharti Singh, Kruhsna Abhishek, Sumona Chakravarti, and many others.
Kapil and Ginni were rumoured to be dating since quite some time, but it was only in March 2018 that Kapil made his relationship with Ginni official. The couple hosted one lavish reception in Mumbai for the industry friends. Now, Kapil and Ginni are hosting one more reception in Delhi for the comedian’s politician and bureaucrat friends in the national capital on February 2. The reception will also be attended by Kapil and Ginni's family members and their closest friends.
Kapil in an interview with a leading portal had stated how he is ecstatic to have Ginni as his wife and that he knows that their marriage will bring in a huge change in his life, and with it will also come discipline. He also said how she supports him and takes good care of him.
