One of the most famous actresses of Indian television, Dipika Kakar is back to work after winning the title of Bigg Boss 12. The actress, who is best known for her character Simar in the show Sasural Simar Ka, currently plays the role of Sonakshi Rastogi in the new romantic drama Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. Sandiip Sikcand’s show, which also stars Karan Grover as Dr. Rohit Sippy, revolves around two individuals who are both well-known in their own fields. While one is an actress, the other is a cardiac surgeon.
The only thing common between Sonakshi and Rohit, are their past troubled relationships. Both are still healing when they meet each other and end up on the wrong foot. To take the story forward, makers are introducing Sonakshi’s abusive ex-lover, who will be played by the one and only, Romil Chaudhary. Romil and Dipika go way back. They were the biggest rivals that reality show Bigg Boss has seen in a long time. Well, this sure has the viewers excited.
Recently, Romil took to his social media handle to share a short clip from the show. In this video, Romil is entering a dark room and Dipika can be seen fumbling around, scared of him. Not only fans, but celebs are also excited to see how the story will unfold.
TV actress Hina Khan was among the first ones to congratulate Romil. Another celeb to applaud the actor’s performance was Deepak Thakur, his co-contestant from the Bigg Boss house.
