Jennifer Winget SLAMMED for calling cooking dirty

Jennifer Winget is one of the most stunning and talented actors on the Indian television. She has portrayed different shades of characters on the small screen. Be it the young Dr. Riddhima, or the simple Kumud, or the psychotic Maya, she has nailed every character of hers with perfection.

Currently, the audience is watching her as the subdued Zoya on her show Bepannaah. Like the rest of her roles, she has garnered appreciation from the viewers for her role of Zoya too.

But recently, the actor shared a picture of herself from the sets of Bepannaah on her Instagram handle, and it didn't go down well with the people. 

She put up a picture where she is seen wearing a white and blue salwar kameez and looked beautiful in it. She is kneading dough and has made an unpleasant face.

What agitated the netizens was the caption that she had put. She wrote, "Can’t be done with your hands in your pockets. Sometimes, you have to get your hands dirty to get the job done. #bepannaah"

The netizens did not like her act of referring the process of kneading the dough as 'dirty'.

Fans commented that she should not use the word dirty for cooking and household chores. A few of them supported her, saying that she did not mean to say that cooking is dirty and that she simply used the term as a metaphor.
