Jennifer Winget on Beyhadh 2: The show and character are both close to heart
Jennifer Winget gets talking about Beyhadh 2 and going that extra mile for Maya. Read on to know what does she have to say.
Jennifer Winget is gearing up for the second season of the much-awaited show, Beyhadh. The first season also starred Kushal Tandon, and the actress did win a lot of accolades for the same. This year, we came across the official announcement of the show, and co-starring her will be Shivin Narang. Like the first season had an overall theme, this season too, we will see Maya in black, unlike last time's white, and the actress also coloured her hair for the same.
In a recent interview, the actress got talking about it, and said, "I am completely in love with my character. So much so, it called for a do-over! But no, in all seriousness, the show gave me a blank canvas to chart the course of my character. Being out of the box, you have the opportunity to get creative." She added, "Not very often do roles like this fall into your lap, so for an actor it really gets you to push your limits, whilst working within your resources. The show and character are both close to heart. The whole team has put in a lot of thought and effort to come up with the final look for Maya in Season 2 of 'Beyhadh' so, I hope the audience shows the same amount of appreciation and love, if not more."
The promos of the show have us all excited for this all new season, and we can't wait for it to go on-air soon.
