Jennifer Winget and Karan Singh Grover starrer Dill Mill Gayye complete 11 years. The show continues to remain a rage amongst the youngsters.
Jennifer Winget and Karan Singh Grover's cult young at heart show Dill Mill Gayye completed 11 years recently. The show made Karan and Jennifer a household name with their characters Dr. Armaan and Dr. Riddhima continuing to remain one of the most cherished ones. As the show clocked 11 years, KSG took to Instagram to share the nostalgia and wrote, "#11YearsofDMG. Thank you for all the love and support." Dill Mill Gayye aired between August 20, 2007 and October 29, 2010.
Dill Mill Gayye was a sequel to Star Plus series Sanjivani - A Medical Boon (2002–05) and centred on a new generation of medical interns. The love story between Dr. Armaan Malik (Karan Singh Grover) and Dr. Riddhima Gupta, which was originally portrayed by Shilpa Anand and later by Sukirti Kandpal and Jennifer Winget, was one of the major highlights for the show. The show also featured Drashti Dhami, Mayank Anand, Karan Wahi, Mohnish Behl, Pankit Thakker among others.
Now, 11 years later, Jennifer is seen in the show Bepannaah alongside Harshad Chopda while Karan is busy with his films. He made his Bollywood debut with Alone alongside now wife Bipasha Basu.
Apart from that, Drashti is seen in the show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka alongside Shakti Arora, Aditi Sharma, and Abhinav Shukla. Shilpa Anand And Sukirti Kandpal who played Riddhima are on a long sabbatical from work.
