ITA Awards 2018: Jennifer Winget, Harshad Chopda and team are over the moon as Bepannaah wins big
Jennifer Winget and Harshad Chopda thank fans for their Bepannaah love after the show won Best Show award at the Indian Television Academy Awards 2018.
Even though Jennifer Winget did not grace the Indian Television Academy Awards 2018, the actress was a house on fire as soon as she received the news of her show Bepannaah landing not just one but three awards last evening. The show starring her and Harshad Chopda in lead roles just went off air but the chord it struck with the audience is unparalleled. Harshad won the Best Actor award in the popular category while Bepannaah won an award for Best Show Popular. The director for the show also won an award last evening.
With three awards in the kitty for the show, Jennifer couldn't contain her excitement and came live midnight along with Harshad and the team members and thanked fans for their support. She apologised for not being there at the event due to "personal reasons" but cheered Harshad and others on for the milestone achievement. ITA is the biggest award in the Television industry where the hard work of the artists are lauded.
Harshad and Jennifer are seen pulling each other's leg during the 10 minutes live and we certainly miss the chemistry the duo shared onscreen. Bepannaah did better online than on TV due to constant change in its time slot. The show revolved around the concept of giving love a second chance and Jennifer and Harshad as AdiYa won hearts phenomenally.
