Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna remind us with their Twitter banter why fans found it difficult to get over their magic onscreen as Shivika.
Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna aka Shivika's love story might have ended in Ishqbaaaz but their offscreen bond continues to remind us why they were simply the best Jodi. Surbhi is currently in London to enjoy some time off with her parents and while doing so, she also shot for a magazine there looking pretty AF. Nakuul, who is extremely active on social media, shared a publication's tweet wherein he was profiled. He captioned it, "Never before have 3 adjectives been used in the same sentence for me before this."
Surbhi replied to the tweet saying, "Kya kya kyaa humare liye kab kaun karega." Following this, Nakuul, known for his wit, dedicated a shayari for her which read, "Ye Jo ankhen hai na tumhari, inko jara jhuka ke rakha karo,
kyunki jab ye uthati hai..hazron dil ki dhadkane dhak dhak karne lagti Hain.." Well, before you go awe over this, Surbhi replied to it with a response which read, "Bas .. KHATAM.. taking my flight back to India right away .. just pay for the tickets." Can we just have the tissues, already!
Meanwhile, speaking of Nakuul, the actor recently won the Best Actor award at TIFFA. Sharing pictures with his award, Nakuul wrote, "This has been a stellar year. So grateful to continue to have this opportunity to serve the Indian Television Industry and learn & evolve along the way. #TIIFAforBestActorTelevision2018 last evening is my homage to all of 'YOU'. You continue to encourage, support, crititque and love, unabashedly and unconditionally. Merci beaucoup." Surbhi, on the other hand, won Best Actress Award at ITA 2018 and also AVTA 2018.
