Hyderabad Rape Case: Hina Khan, Shrenu Parikh, Sumona Chakravarti & other TV stars react to the encounter
Amidst the reports of Hyderabad Police’s encounter of the 4 accused in the veterinarian’s murder and rape, many TV celebs like Hina Khan, Shrenu Parikh, Sumona Chakravarti, Kamya Punjabi have reacted to the news on social media.
On Friday morning, the country woke up to the news of an encounter done by the Hyderabad police of the 4 accused in the veterinarian’s murder and rape. As per reports, the Telangana police took the accused to the murder’s site for the reconstruction of the crime scene and they tried to flee. In the process, all 4 of them were killed. Many of the Film and television stars have been reacting to the news on social media. Stars like Hina Khan, Shrenu Parikh, Sumona Chakravarti, Kamya Punjabi have shared their opinions on the Hyderabad Police encounter.
Hina took to social media and compared the actions of the Hyderabad Police to that of Singham. She then shared an image and wrote, “Rest In Peace,” for the Hyderabad veterinarian. Kamya Punjabi also shared the news on social media and hailed the Telangana police’s action for serving justice to the rape and murder victim’s family. She wrote, “Well Done #TelanganaPolice #justiceserved.” Sumona Chakravarti, who we seen in The Kapil Sharma Show, also reacted to the news.
She wrote on Twitter, “N this is why salute to the #hyderabadpolice Well done #justiceserved.” Apart from this, Shrenu Parikh had a different reaction to the encounter and wanted to know if one needs to wait for natural justice to be served to other victims of rape and murder in the country. She wrote, “So do we wait for natural justice for all other daughters too?? The one who’s suffering for fighting back! #UnnaoCase #justiceforpriyanakareddy”

The incident shook the nation as a whole where the victim was raped in the night and then was set ablaze alive.
