Hina Khan: I am not in a hurry to make a comeback and waiting for a good project
Television diva Hina Khan, recently, gave a candid interview where she talked about her career, her future plans and her plans about marriage.
Hina Khan is undoubtedly one of the divas of Indian television. She was India's favourite bahu when she had debuted with the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlaata Hai, and played the lead character of Akshara for 8 long years. She had also participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi, where she ended up being the first runner-up. She had also bagged the first runner-up title in Bigg Boss 11 which aired on Colors.
In a recent interview with Telly Chakkar, Hina was quite candid about her life after Bigg Boss and her future career ventures. She said that currently, she is experimenting with different things, doing events, trying to look good, and working out hard on her body.
When asked about will she make her television comeback with a daily soap or a reality show, she said, "Well, this time it will definitely be not a reality show since I have done a few back to back. As far as television is concerned, I was offered a couple of projects but they did not really interest me. I am not in a hurry to make a comeback and waiting for a good project. I know my fans want to see me back on TV but this time I am very particular that it has to be a performance-based project.”
She said that recently she did a short film where she played a bahu who hails from UP. She also said that people have assumed that she does not want to play a bahu anymore, and only wants to do glamorous roles, but that is not the case. She is ready to do any type of role if she likes the script.
Talking about her marriage plans, Hina said that it is definitely not happening for the next three years, because she wants to concentrate on her career at this point in her life.
