Hina Khan applauds Nakuul Mehta for his open letter backing her and TV fraternity, says, 'will be thankful'

The 72nd annual Cannes film festival is underway and the event has witnessed the presence of many well known celebs from the entertainment industry. Many Bollywood divas such as Priyanka Chopra, Huma Qureshi, Deepika Padukone and Kangana Ranaut have stunned everyone with their gorgeous appearance at the mega event. One more diva who grabbed the attention of the onlookers at Cannes 2019 is Hina Khan. This happens to be Hina's first ever appearance at Cannes and the actress simply nailed it with her red carpet look.

The television actress was applauded by many for her great achievement and praised her confidence too. But some others also criticised her for being a tv actress who has attended Cannes. Last week, a well known magazine editor took to Instagram and wrote while sharing Hina's picture, Cannes has suddenly become Chandivali studios kya?' The editor was later on bashed by numerous people including many TV actors for his derogatory comments. Today, Ishqbaaaz actor Nakuul Mehta also shared an open letter on his Instagram account opining his views on the same.

Hina Khan has now responded to Nakuul's open letter to the editor and has applauded him for backing her as well as the TV fraternity regarding the entire matter. She posted a tweet thanking Nakuul Mehta for his supporting opinions and also thanked the other actors of the TV faternity who also backed her regarding the entire Chandivali comment.
