Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde were the top two finalists of Bigg Boss 11. Fans had been rooting for their favorite contestant by voting for them on the app of the channel. Shilpa Shinde had been trending on social media and there were approximately 3 million tweets for her. The finale was entertaining as host Salman Khan made sure to keep the audience hooked to their TV.
Shilpa was declared the winner of the show, whereas Hina was the first runner up. Shilpa bagged the trophy and the prize money of 44 lakhs. Shilpa’s journey has been full of ups and downs. She has made friends in the house and has stood up for them.
There was a technical glitch that had angered the fans of all contestants. The voting app of the channel had crashed and fans were left livid. They could not vote for their favorite contestant and many believed it to be a conspiracy by the channel.
