Gautami Kapoor to work in a TV show produced by Paresh Rawal

Actress Gautami  Kapoor will soon be seen in a new show on Star Plus. The show will be produced by Paresh Rawal and Hemal Thakkar's Playtime Creations. 

The show is based on an emotional concept. In the show, Gautami will play the role of mother of a girl who is 21-year-old girl and has the brain of a 7-year-old girl.

The show will be showing us the special bonding between the mother-daughter duo. 

When we contacted Gautami, she confirmed the news saying, "I have shot for the pilot. Have no clue on any further developments."

Gautami Kapoor was last seen in the show Parvarrish - Season 2 in 2015-2016.

Gautami married actor Ram Kapoor in the year 2003. Ram and Gautami are parents to two children  - Aks Kapoor and Sia Kapoor.

The actress made her television debut in the year 2000. She was first seen in Ekta Kapoor's popular show Ghar Ek Mandir. 

Gautami Kapoor has also acted in Karan Johar 2012 hit Student of The Year starring Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra. She played the role of Varun's mother in the show. Ram Kapoor played her husband in KJos' SOTY.

Gautami Kapoor has also acted in several Marathi movies.

On the other hand, Ram Kapoor was last seen in a web series titled Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat. He worked in the show along with his Bade Achhe Lagte Hain co-star Sakshi Tanwar. 

Ram Kapoor has worked in several Bollywood movies such as Golmaal Returns, Udaan, Mere Dad Ki Maruti, Baar Baar Dekho.\

Talking about her married life with Ram, Gautami had stated long ago, "My journey with Ram has been great fun...Happy, challenging, satisfying. I am so proud that he has worked hard and achieved all the success."
