Gangs of Wasseypur fame Satyakam Anand is all set to enter Sony TV's Mere Sai- Shraddha aur Saburi and will essay the role of Kanhoji.
Mere Sai- Shraddha aur Saburi has been winning hearts since the very beginning of the show. The unique portrayal of Shirdi's Sai Baba has grabbed many eyeballs and viewers follow it religiously. Its popularity is quite visible with its increasing TRP numbers. Apart from the great cast, the show has time and again witnessed the presence of ace actors Ketki Dave and Vijay Kashyap. And now another talented actor is all set to join the cast. Yes, Satyakam Anand who is known for his role in super-hit movie, Gangs of Wasseypur, is going to enter Mere Sai soon. is going to make his entry in the show.
Satyakam will play the role of Kanhoji in the show and will make his entry in the upcoming track that focuses on Domestic Violence. Kanhoji wil make his way into Shirdi with his wife and mother. Khanoji's wife will sell curd to support his husband, but he will join hands with Kulkarni Sarkar. For the unversed, Kulkarni considers Sai to be his biggest enemy. As soon as Kanhoji understands that his wife Sushila is slowly becoming a follower of Sai, he thrashes her and beats her up with an aim to stop her from meeting Sai. He also locks her in the house to stop her her from selling her curd.

Satyakam recently revealed how he feels on getting this role in Mere Sai. He revealed that he is extremely happy to get the opportunity, as his family and him are ardent followers of the show. He has also begun his preparations by observing the actors keenly. Also, he has visited the show's set and met the crew to understand the work pattern and adjust in their atmosphere. He added that it is a great opportunity to work with an experienced actor like Tushar Dalvi.
