EXCLUSIVE: Ravi Dubey on hosting: Not gung ho about infinite commitments, enjoying this space at every level
Here's what Ravi Dubey has to say about hosting and his projects as an actor in the future.
Ravi Dubey has been hosting a couple of reality shows over the past year and half, and he definitely has aced it just perfectly. Right from Rising Star, or Sabse Smart Kaun?, the actor has been an immensely entertaining and he has been loved for what he does on screen. And now, he will be back on the screens, this time as the host for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs. Yes, that is another addition to the list of shows the actor has turned host for.
Talking about hosting, and working on TV as an actor, the actor said, "To be very honest, in the TV fiction space, not likely, not because of anything else but basically because I am not really gung ho about infinite commitments. I prefer doing projects which go for only three to four months. In the last year and a half, I have done close to five to six non-fiction shows and it was a rather high number of episodes, the non-fiction episodes, about 120 of them. And I am really enjoying this space at every level, it is more organic. As far as acting goes, not in the television fiction space because of the longevity and duration but something is coming up soon."
किस्मत की लकीरें टेढ़ी-मेढ़ी ज़रूर होती हैं मगर होती तो हमारे हाथों में ही हैं । Ravi
Well, looks like the audiences love watching Ravi just as much as he loves to host. Isn't it? Ravi will be replacing Aditya Narayan, who was the host of the show last season. Aditya is currently seen on Khatron Ke Khiladi season 9.
