Pehredaar Piya Ki's abrupt exit has shocked the cast.
Pehredaar Piya Ki, without doubt, has been Television's most controversial show. The show was criticised by the viewers and the audiences had begun to sign a petition to end the show. Last night the channel shocked everybody with its abrupt decision to pull off the show and stop its broadcasting any further, the channel's decision was sudden and nobody related o the show was informed about the same.
We got in touch with Suyyash Rai, who has been a part of the show and had defended its content earlier.
"I heard, I heard and probably it's true but I haven't received any confirmation from the team. I had no idea, so I spoke to the producer and Tejaswi last night so they told me they will confirm by today. It is a very sad thing, for the producer, for the cast for everybody connected to the show, especially the technician team, the spot dada, the makeup and hair people," he said.
He further added, "When something like this happens overnight it's a very sad thing, but I don't know because all this while I wasn't shooting but definitely the other actors will have to face the brunt. But also knowing the team Sony, the producers, they definitely do something about this, they won't let it just go. I am waiting to see what they do."
