Gul Khan's show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala is one of the most loved shows on Indian Television. The show stars Aakriti Sharma in lead role with Mohit Malik who plays her father Sikander Singh Gill on the show. As per a TOI report, the character of Mohit Malik aka Sikander is all set to suffer a heart attack on the show and might be shown dead. This led to speculations of Mohit Malik quitting the show.
However, when we got in touch with producer Gul Khan, she categorically rubbished the news calling it mere 'rumours.' Regarding the upcoming plot, she refused to divulge any detail but to put the record straight, Mohit is going no where. The publication quoted a source from the show say, "There’s a lot of emotional turmoil that has come Sikandar’s way ever since the show began and he’s always shown as a troubled soul. His feelings of guilt, self-hatred and regret will engulf him, giving him a massive cardiac arrest and the doctors will declare him dead.”
Meanwhile, the show gained immense popularity right from the beginning. The story revolves around the journey of a young singing prodigy Kullfi, who encounters all kinds of hardships to unite with her father, Sikandar Singh Gill. It completed over 150 episodes and has already won several awards.
