Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s Shubhaavi Choksey and Erica Fernandes compete with each other on Kitchen Champion. Read on to know their exclusive reaction.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay starring Parth Samthaan, Hina Khan and Erica Fernandes is one of the most watched shows on Indian television. Shubhaavi Choksey who plays a pivotal character in the show and is at the loggerheads with Erica on-screen as Prerna and Mohini, were seen competing with each other on Kitchen Champion. The show is hosted by Arjun Bijlani. In a candid chat with Pinkvilla, Erica and Shubhaavi opened up on competing with each other and it is hilarious AF. While Shubhaavi thought it was one of the most embarassing moments for her, Erica couldn’t stop laughing about it.
While Erica said, “It was a lot of fun... had quite a few fun moments." She continued, “Ofscreen we are completely opposite!! Jitne nafrat onscreen utna pyaar off screen (Our offscreen bond is as strong as our onscreen hate). It was a laughter riot. Had a ball of a time with everyone," Shubhaavi added, “Extremely good and embarassing. I think I have never felt this embarassed ever in my life. I mean a lot of people asked me about my most embarassing moment and I was like nothing but now this will go down in history. The challenges were so horrendous and that too for me, I have never even been to a dentist. Imagine. But on national television, people are zooming on your mouth.” Speaking about her chemistry with Erica, Shubhaavi added, “We share a great camaraderie off-screen as against our on-screen chemistry. Genuinely.”
So how was it competing with her in the kitchen? Shubhaavi mentioned, “I lost. I don’t know what happened. They should call me back again. I am feeling so bad.”
Lastly, when we asked if given a chance again, whom would she like to come with. To this, Shubhaavi concluded by saying, “Sahil Anand (who plays Anupam in Kasautii).”
