Kapil Sharma is all set to enthrall us all in his upcoming film Firangi. With back to back promotions taking a toll on his health, Kapil was in news for apparently ditching Akshay Kumar's The Great Indian Laughter Challenge shoot.
A source from the production earlier told an online portal "Kapil gave a go-ahead last night and the shoot was planned for today. The team waited for a while but seeing no trace of Kapil started the acts in the hope that he could join later on. His team later in the afternoon informed that Kapil wasn't keeping well and it won't be possible for him to join the shoot."
Reacting to it, Kapil told us exclusively that he will definitely be going back to The Great Indian Laughter Challenge shoot and that he has spoken to Akshay Kumar about it.
"Oh.. that's my show .. from where I started my career..I am definitely going there to meet my loving elder brother Akshay [Kumar] paji n the contestants.. there is nothing to do with promotions.. I can go anytime to meet them.. I have also spoke to akshay paji .. he was concerned about my health.. jus exhausted coz of back to back traveling n work .. rest all well.. just reached Dubai.. n taking a flight back tonight only as we are shooting a special event for firangi on Sony tomorrow [sic]," Kapil said.
Meanwhile, Kapil recently made an appearance on Super Dancers and was seen getting goofing with Shilpa Shetty. He even turned a yoga student on the show.
