Jennifer Winget is one of the highest paid actresses on Indian television. The actress currently seen as Maya in Beyhadh 2 is garnering all the praises for nailing Maya in the second season as well. However, do you know how much the actress is getting paid per day for the show? Well, it's a whopping amount for sure. A source informs Jennifer is getting around Rs 1.80-85 lakh per day for the show. Yes, given that she is one of the most sought after actress on TV and it is not surprising for her to demand such a big amount.
The same birdie reveals, “While Jennifer is getting paid a bomb, Shivin Narang is not behind. He is getting around 85-90 thousand per episode.” With such heavy production cost, Beyhadh 2 has kickstarted amid huge fanfare. The revenge drama sees Maya return as the obsessive lover, but this time the level and scale of obsession is different. Jennifer has always said that she is extremely proud and excited about Maya because it is a different character and very rarely do women get to play such complex characters on Indian television.
How will Maya be different this time? To this, Jennifer said, “We have established the character pretty well now and we did not want it to be repetitive. So, this time, the concentration is more on the story than the character. We have taken traits of Maya from the previous season and taken the thought of her and weaved it into a new story with an agenda. So last time, it was all about her obsession with love, this time it is revenge. So, the obsession part is the same, but the reason for it is different. And when that changes, automatically the way she reacts to things changes. We are aware of the fact that there will be comparisons, so, it is a very thin line we are treading on."
