The Me Too movement in India has seen a number of women coming out against prominent personalities of Bollywood. Due to this, a number of them have been facing the heat from their current projects. The recent entrant in the list of probable offenders was music composer and former judge of Indian Idol 10, Anu Malik. After he was accused by Shweta Pandit and others of sexual misconduct, the composer stepped away from the reality show. After his exit, the makers have been getting guest judges to replace him.
Last week, we saw Salim-Sulaiman as the guest judges; this week our exclusive sources have learned about who might be the next the guest judges on the show. As per our exclusive sources, the makers have roped in Yoga Guru, Baba Ramdev and Singer Javed Ali for the show. They will be seen as guest judges on Indian Idol 10 in place of Anu Malik. They will be on the panel with Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar. This was revealed exclusively to PINKVILLA by a source close to the makers.
Now, this might be a surprising combination for the audiences, but they will be joining the other judges on the panel of Indian Idol 10 as guests. Anu Malik parted ways from the show after Shweta Pandit and Sona Mohapatra accused him sexual harassment. The wave of Me too lead to the revelation of shocking names from the industry including Alok Nath, Sajid Khan, Nana Patekar, Rajat Kapoor and more. Amidst the support which is pouring in, the Me Too movement in India has gained a lot of momentum.
