Hina Khan as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay has garnered unprecedented success and adulation. For anyone who has been watching the show, the actress' style has picked up really well becoming a nationwide sensation. If that wasn't enough, there are dolls inspired by Komolika, which is proof enough of its colossal success. But sadly, Hina will be soon making her exit from their show, though temporarily, to work on her upcoming film project.
A source informs that while Hina was to shoot her last scene by this month end, her period has been extended by a week before she bounces off to Cannes where she makes her red carpet debut. Hina's temporary farewell on the show will hence take place by the end of the first week of May. The date of her singing off is yet to be decided. However, after Cannes, the actress will then begin prepping up for her film with Vikram Bhatt where she plays the editor of a fashion magazine. The same source adds that in the upcoming sequence while Komolika's truth will be revealed to everyone with Maloy coming back. A promo for the same will soon be released. Komolika will then stage her own death, only to return to seek revenge later on.
While we are sure Hina will be missed on the show, the upcoming track does sound exciting. Doesn't it? The show stars Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan in the lead roles and is one of the highest rated shows on Indian Television.
