EXCLUSIVE: Bigg Boss 11- Priyank Sharma's girlfriend Divya Aggarwal: Vikas Gupta has many jobs to do rather than be the reason behind our breakup
Priyank Sharma's girlfriend Divya Aggarwal opens up about their breakup rumours.
Priyank Sharma might have made a dashing entry into the Bigg Boss 11 yet again but controversies don't seem to leave his side. The former Splitsvilla contestant was earlier alleged to be in a relationship with TV producer Vikas Gupta.
Now the buzz was that he has broken up with his girlfriend Divya Aggarwal, who was also his co-contestant in Splitsvilla and the reason behind all this was said to be Vikas Gupta.
We got in touch with Divya to know the truth behind all the rumours. Quashing their breakup rumours, she sighed saying, "The simple thing is 'jeeyo aur jeene do'. I don't understand why everyone is hounding on Priyank and trying to use his name to make headlines."
She further added, "It's funny how people are thinking about Priyank, Vikas and me. We three are really good friends and 'woh toh bichara' is not even involved in all this. He [Vikas] is trying to survive in the house somehow, running away from the controversies. When he comes out and hears this news, he will be like what have I done in my life. I am sure Vikas has many other major jobs to do rather than be the reason behind break up of Priyank and Divya."
"Vikas is a great friend and like a brother to Priyank. I know their family relationships are. Such allegations actually affect Priyank's mother and family somewhere especially when this is completely bogus," she added.
When asked if such rumours bother her, Divya said, "Honestly, you know it doesn't. June was the time when Spiltsvilla was shot, since then we have been trying to prove our relationship to everyone. However, people are still dicey about us being together and questioning our relationship. I now don't feel any need to prove because the problem with the Splitsvilla audience is that they think that the past contestants have always faked their relationship so even we must have. We are actually very tired."
Priyank unfollowing Divya emboldened the speculations of their breakup. When asked about that, Divya said, "He recently just unfollowed me by mistake thinking it to be my fan page account because the id was quite similar. In the morning he realised and we even laughed about it."
She further added, "People then kept asking that why haven't you guys met up after he came out and I was like I have been quite busy with my work and Diwali, come on, it was Diwali. Obviously, I stay with my family and they would have kicked me out if I had said that I want to celebrate Diwali with my boyfriend. We both were very happy spending our times with our family and then I went to China for my performances and when I returned he was already back in the house."
