Erica Fernandes to be a part of Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2? The actor answers
Ekta Kapoor recently hinted that a reboot of her popular show Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 is on the cards. It was reported that Erica Fernandes might be a part of the show.
A couple of weeks ago, producer Ekta Kapoor surprised everyone when she shared a cryptic post on her Instagram. She shared a quote which said, "But I love you, I love and I am incapable of unloving you."
She captioned the post saying, "With a piece of my broken heart I wrote in 2001 ...17 years later I ‘ reboot’ it dipping it in personal pain and lacing it with experiences of an older me! Bringing back my most successful love saga that ran for 9 years!!! Again I’ll take my broken heart n make it into art!!! #namestobeannounced #waitfortheannouncement"
People immediately started commenting that Ekta is all set to bring back a rebooted version of Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2001-2008). The show chronicled Anurag and Prerna's life who were deeply in love but remained separated throughout their life only to be reunited in death. The show made household stars out of Shweta Tiwari and Cezzane Khan along with Urvashi Dholakia who became the most love antagonist Komolika. The show also starred Ronit Roy and Geetanjali Tikekar.
Now an entertainment portal reported that Erica Fernandes of Sony TV's Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi fame might be a part of the show. But, when the portal asked Erica about the same, she denied the reports and stated, "Oh no! that's completely not true. Having said that, it's great to know that Kasautii is making a comeback, as it was a really nice show. If I sign something, I would break the news myself. Until then, I am just going to travel around the globe and explore."
