She keep posting her workout videos and photos and give us some serious fitness goals. Today she took a notch higher in terms of training by pulling off a very tough bar based exercise. She shared the video and wrote, "Stop yourself from stopping yourself."
In the video, we can see Erica trying hard to swirl from downwards to upwards and after struggling for a while, she finally did it with perfection. This Calisthenics based exercise is hard to achieve as the same requires a lot of strength and precision.
Speaking of the actress, she made her small screen debut with Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi and soon her character, Dr. Sonakshi Bose became favourite of many. On the work front, she is currently playing the role of Prerna in the reboot version of KZK and the high on drama track has been keeping audience glued to the screens.
On personal front, there were several strong reports that suggested that Erica and Parth were an item and they recently broke.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, she refuted all the rumours. She said, “It is news to me that such rumours are out there. But, I guess, rumours are a part and parcel of the entertainment industry. I have known Parth since we started working together on our TV show and we shoot every day. We are good friends and have a great working relationship."
This is not all, a few days back, gossip mills churned out that post break up, Erica Jennifer Fernandes is seeing Vikas Gupta. Vikas went on record and denied all the claims. He said, "It is wrong news, and I am not dating Erica."
