TV czarina Ekta Kapoor recently embraced motherhood via surrogacy. She turned mother to a baby boy whom they named Ravie after her dad and legendary actor Jeetendra's name. Ekta made the happy announcement on Twitter and revealed that she is very excited for this next chapter of her life. Now, Ekta's first picture with baby boy Ravie Kapoor has hit the web and we cannot stop gushing over the glow on Ekta's face. In the photo, though Ravie is not visible, Ekta is seen holding his hand adorably and we cannot be more excited.
Check out the photo below and shower in your best wishes for the TV producer. Meanwhile, while making the announcement, Ekta shared that the baby boy was born on 27th January, 2019. It is for the first time that a female celebrity has chosen this route of surrogacy and become a single mom. Apparently, Ekta was seen to carry her own child but that couldn't be possible. Sources close to Ekta reveal, “She was keenly involved in the entire process. She would take constant updates about the mother and baby’s health at every stage from the doctor. It was her pure determination to become a mother that made this happen.”
Meanwhile, Ekta's announcement read: "It is an emotional moment for me and my family and I can’t wait to begin this new journey of being a mother.”

Earlier, Ekta's brother Tusshar Kapoor had taken the same route and embraced parenthood with baby Lakhsya.
