Urvashi Dholakia became a household name when she played the role of Komolika in Kasauti Zindagii Kay, almost two decades back. A couple of days back, Urvashi took to her Facebook page and shared a video of her iconic character making an entry on the show.

She captioned the video saying, "So so so humbled I am thank u for the love uve given me till date everyone  and Ekta Kapoor without u this wouldn’t have been possible at all .. owe it all to u"

Producer of Kasauti Zindagii Kay, Ekta Kapoor commented on Urvashi's post saying, "Ur daaaaa beshttttt how d hell will I get another komolika" Urvashi replied her with a lot of kiss emojis.

Well, it's true, we can't wait to see the new Komolika in Kasauti Zindagii Kay 2.

A couple of months back, Ekta took to her Instagram page and shared a quote as an image which said, "But I love you, I love and I am incapable of unloving you." She captioned it saying, "With a piece of my broken heart I wrote in 2001 ...17 years later I ‘ reboot’ it dipping it in personal pain and lacing it with experiences of an older me! Bringing back my most successful love saga that ran for 9 years!!! Again I’ll take my broken heart n make it into art!!! #namestobeannounced #waitfortheannouncement."

In an interaction with a leading portal, when Ekta was asked her views on bringing back her own show in a completely new package, she said, "There is no old wine, everyone in today's time is going through the same thing. Kasauti is a 20-year-old story, but the beauty is once an era ends and a new era begins, the social stigmas change, widow marriage is no longer a stigma today, or divorces for that matter, so once that stigma goes and social acceptability comes, and you take a different point of view, the whole story changes."
