Television stars never take a back seat when it comes to parties and recently Ekta Kapoor hosted a lavish party wherein all the Bollywood and Television biggies were spotted in their best of outfits.
Mouni Roy who is all set to make her Bollywood debut alongside Akshay Kumar in the film Gold was spotted posing for the paparazzi at Ekta Kapoor's grand Diwali bash. Mouni was spotted wearing a gorgeous Manish Malhotra lehenga and she looked attractive as always and we bet you will not be able to take your eyes off her.
Mouni accentuated her dress with just a maangteeka and no other piece of jewelry, her hair and makeup were on point making her look breathtakingly stunning.
Speaking about Mouni's debut film Gold the actor already shot for some parts of the movie with Akshay, pictures of the same had gone viral on social media. Amidst this, rumor mills were abuzz with reports of Mouni being unhappy with her role in Gold. Sources have been quoted saying that Mouni is apparently playing Akshay's love interest in the movie and has a very small role. The film reportedly revolves around the male protagonists Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Sunny Kaushal.
When we contacted Mouni, she simply refuted the rumours saying that she is herself appalled by the news. "I really don't know who plants all these rubbish news. I'm almost sure that some people really hate me. All I have to say is please wait till the film releases. I'm very happy and even more grateful that I'm a part of this project."
