Jasmin Bhasin of Dil Se Dil Tak fame is all set to return to the small screens with her new show Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji. The show is being co-produced by Gul Khan, 4 Lions production which also backs shows like Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, Ishqbaaaz, Nazar among others. The promo for the new show has finally been released by Gul and the channel and it looks like a breath of fresh air.
Jasmin plays the protagonist Happy who finds happiness in smallest of thing and believes in the funda of staying happy in every situation. The promo focuses on her spreading happiness by breaking into dance during a bidaai scene making everyone dance along. If the promo is anything to go by, the show promises to make you laugh and smile making you forget your mundane life during the week. "Let's choose to be happy," the caption reads. Check it out here:
A source earlier informed us that the show will see Jasmin in a bubbly avatar with two other male leads who are newcomers. The male leads are yet to be introduced, it is being wondered what time slot will this show take given that most of the prime slots have already been taken by other shows. The show will go on air in January 2019.
It is a double bonanza for Jasmin as she will be seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 as well which goes on air in January as well.
