Colors TV new show Dastaan-E-Mohabbat has been in the news ever since it had got launched. The show is set against the backdrop of the Mughal Era, the serial showcases the epic romantic saga of Salim and Anarkali- a young crown prince and a very beautiful courtesan. They challenge the norm and they fight for their love against class barriers and the same shakes the foundation of the Mughal empire. The show has been receiving positive reviews from day one.
Colors TV took to their official Instagram handle to share the new teaser. "Beintehaan mohabbat ki dastaan shuru ho rahi hai! Dekhna na bhuliye Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali Mon-Fri raat 8:30 baje! @shaheernsheikh @bsonarika," the handle wrote. The new teaser showcases the pair's romantic side and their budding love. Apart from Shaheer and Sonarika, the show also stars Shahbaz Khan, Gurdeep Kohli, Piyush Sahdev, Tasneem Sheikh and Parvati Sehgal and Arun Irani in lead roles. In an interview with Indian Express, when Shaheer was asked whether love like Salim-Anarkali exists in real to which he said, yes it does. He said if you cannot love passionately then why do it at all. He also said that love is not only about people.
