Controversial show Pehredaar Piya Ki to be back with a sequel
Tejasswi Prakash is back with the modified version of the show.
Pehredaar Piya Ki was one of the most controversial shows, it had a lot of regressive content and was even banned by the industry people itself. The show showcased a 19-year-old girl married to a 9-year-old boy.
The makers of the show had suddenly decided to pull down the show overnight and it shocked the cast and crew of the show as they were not given prior notice.
The makers of the show had promised to come back with a sequel and Sony TV put out a promo of Tejasswi Prakash announcing her come back and this time without risking their stake the makers have cast an older guy as Tejasswi's husband. The show is scheduled to launch in November 2017
She captioned it as "Aapki Diya laut rahi hai iss November, sirf Sony Entertainment Television par."
