CONFIRMED: Nakuul Mehta's Ishqbaaaz to go OFF air
Ishqbaaz stars Nakuul Mehta and Niti Taylor in the lead role. Earlier, it starred Surbhi Chandna as the female lead.
Amid various speculations of Ishqbaaz starring Nakuul Mehta going off air, producer Gul Khan has finally confirmed that the show is indeed getting wrapped by mid-March. The show earlier starred Nakuul and Surbhi Chandna in lead roles. Later, Niti Taylor got on board for the second season which perhaps did not work down well with the audience. While we had earlier reported that the channel was still mulling over the decision and the show was most likely to continue for some more time, looks like it is not the case.
In fact, a reliable source had informed of Ridhi Dogra entering the show soon but looks like all of it has now been scrapped with the off air confirmation. Well, we are sure the fans will be left disheartened but knowing Nakuul and Niti, we can't wait to see them in their next projects, already!
Meanwhile, given that Ishqbaaaz is going well, it is almost certain that Shaheer Sheikh's Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke will replace the show on the 10 PM slot.
