Bigg Boss 14: January 23 Written Update: Housemates face media's questions; Vikas gets upset with Arshi
This weekend the audience could not see Salman Khan on the stage. Instead, a press conference was held inside the Bigg Boss 14 house.
Bigg Boss gives a task to all the contestants in which they have to decide who according to them has made the most number of news outside. They name Rahul and place him as number one, Aly’s name comes second, Rubina comes third, Nikki comes fourth. However, they have another discussion later on and talk about changing the positions. As a result, Rakhi comes fourth. However, Bigg Boss stops the task in between.
Next, the housemates are all set to face the media persons. Kamya Punjabi also makes a guest appearance in between. The contestants are introduced by her one by one. Post that, she asks them about the incomplete newsletter. Rubina and Rubina are the first to face the media’s questions. Rahul is asked the reason behind fighting with Rubi all the time. He is informed that he is seen only during his fights. Rahul then gives his answer on the same.
Another scribe confronts Rahul over keeping mum when Aly allegedly bullies and dominates others. Next, Rubina is asked about her marital status with Abhinav. She clarifies the same and states that they tried to give their relationship a second thought when they entered the show. Rahul is, once again asked the reason behind his personal remarks on Rubi and Abhinav.
Rubina is confronted for not speaking out when Nikki misbehaves with others. She is also asked the reason behind keeping quiet when Nikki taunted Devoleena about the #MeToo movement. The actress then says that she did ask Devoleena about the same and that she stopped Nikki from doing so. She also says that she works on vibes and that Nikki is humble.
Kamya asks Devoleena who should rank at the top post which she takes Rakhi’s name. She then ranks Rubina second and Rahul third. Nikki is the next to face the media’s questions. She is asked the reason behind her rude behaviour. The actress then states that she is arrogant from the outside but she is also trying to work on herself. Another scribe tells her that she looks like Rubina’s puppet post which Nikki says that she did lose her game a little after coming back.
Rakhi is the next housemate to face the questions of the media. She is asked about her game inside the house. The actress then spills the beans about her marriage. The next is Devoleena but she is informed that Eijaz will be answering the questions on a video call. He is questioned regarding his arrogance and about Pavitra Punia. One reporter questions if his relationship with Pavitra is fake and that it was for the game, he decides to keep mum. Post that, Pavitra suddenly comes behind him that leads to the crowd and the housemates hooting for them.
Later on, Devoleena is also asked a few questions. Vikas and Arshi are the next housemates to face the media’s questions. Arshi is confronted over her behaviour with Rakhi Sawant and Vikas Gupta. The latter then says that she loves breaking people. He is then asked the reason behind talking about things from the outside. He then answers the same stating that he talked to Shilpa and Kavita Kaushik about the same. Vikas is also reprimanded for talking about Disha Parmar not liking Nikki in front of Rahul.
Sonali Phogat is the next contestant to face the media. She is asked the reason behind throwing away the Roti. Post that Aly and Abhinav are asked questions by the reporters. Aly is asked about bitching behind the back of Rubina at times but he denies it.
The housemates have a discussion after the media leaves. Vikas is angry at Arshi and she asks him the reason behind the same. Later on, Rakhi asks Vikas the reason behind being angry. He says that he needs space and then alleges that Arshi and his mom were successful in what they had planned earlier.
