Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde: Salman Khan has always been supportive towards me
Shilpa Shinde is all praises for host Salman Khan. She is also thankful to Bigg Boss as because of the reality series she was able to show her real-side to the viewers.
Bigg Boss season 11 is finally over and Shilpa Shinde was declared the winner. The actress won the trophy and also bagged the prize money of 44 lakhs.
The Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai fame actress is thankful to Bigg Boss as because of the reality series she was able to show her real-side to the viewers. She told a leading daily, "People tried to defame me, but I always knew that truth will come out one day. It is very easy to pull someone down. I was called short-tempered and aggressive, but I am happy that I got a chance to prove myself through Bigg Boss. I could tell people that there is an reaction to every action. If something big has happened in someone's life there will definitely be a reason behind it," said Shilpa.
Talking about her legal battles, she said ,''Almost all the legal cases are solved. After the show even Salman Khan ji asked me if there are any legal issues pending, he can help. I remember when I was facing problems and was not allowed to work on TV people told me to go and meet Salman as he helps people. But that time who ever knew Salman behaved like a big superstar (laughs). During that period, I realized how people try to misuse their position and especially if you are a girl. I am happy that he asked me and also assured me for help if I ever face any problem. Salman inquired about the issues I was facing in TV industry and told that Vikas Gupta was not fully responsible for my ouster from Bhabi Ji.’’
‘’Things have cropped from somewhere else, but I am happy that Salman has always been supportive towards me. When Arshi used wrong words against me, Salman was the one who stopped and warned her to not use such words. There were so many men in the house Hiten Tejwani, Vikas Gupta, but no one stopped from doing it, I am glad Salman did it,’’ she further added.
Shilpa's journey in the house was a rollercoaster ride. She has been one of the most popular contestants of the show. She played the game wisely and beat Hina Khan and Vikas Gupta to clinch the title.
