Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde: Hina Khan treated me like a servant
Shilpa Shinde defeated Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta and Puneesh Sharma in the finale to win the trophy and prize money of Rs 44 lakh. Her journey in the house was quite interesting and full of drama and emotions.
Shilpa Shinde has been declared the winner of Bigg Boss 11. She defeated Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta and Puneesh Sharma in the race to the finale to win the trophy and prize money of Rs 44 lakh.
When a leading daily asked Shilpa about her views on first runner-up Hina Khan, she said that Hina was the meanest person on the show. ‘’Hina was the meanest person on the show. She would be sweet only if she wanted something from you. If you confronted her about the comments she made, she would deny them outright,’’ she said, adding that she had secretly hoped that the final fight remained between her and Khan so that she could beat her.
She further said, ‘’Hina treated me like a servant.’’
Shilpa was always questioned for her less participation in the task and spending too much time in the kitchen. On this, she said, ‘’It’s not easy to cook for 20 people. If I made extra food, they would complain; if it fell short, it was again an issue. Hina squirmed if the food was stale. Despite doing everything I could, she wasn’t appreciative. ‘’
The only housemate she hopes to keep in touch with is Puneesh Sharma, who she claimed appreciated her for who she was.
She also said that she doesn't want to get into any character as she is now recognised as Shilpa Shinde. She said, "I don't want to get into any character, I have come out of it. I have become Shilpa Shinde now."
After winning the show, Shilpa had said, "Simplicity will always win. I am very happy that my audience loved me. I have gone through a lot and there was a time when I thought everything was over. I never wanted to do Bigg Boss but they convinced me and today when I have won the show, it feels fulfilling. When I went to the mall, I saw people cheering for me and somehow I could sense that I might win the show. It was just confidence and not over confidence like everyone claims."
