Bigg Boss 11: Vikas Gupta reveals that it was Ravi Dubey who made him say YES to the reality show

Vikas Gupta became the second runner-up of the reality show Bigg Boss 11. His journey in the house was very exciting, controversial and high on drama and emotions. Vikas was considered as one of the strongest contenders in the Bigg Boss house. 

In a chat with fans on Twitter, Vikas revealed that it was Ravi Dubey that made him say yes to the offer of the TV reality show.

In an event in the city, he was asked, if he watches his journey in the house and what is his mental state after coming out, he said, "Main episodes nahi dekh raha hoon bilkul bhi because I want to stay away completely. I want to get back to normal life. Normal life mein aana bahot zaroori hai. Baaki reality aur inn se difference kar sake. So what I am trying to do is immediately I have gotten back to work (I I don't watch old episodes. I don't want old episodes, I want to get back to normal life. I want to get back to normal life. It is very necessary so that I can differentiate between it and reality. So what I am trying to do is immediately I have gotten back to work)."

When he was asked what plans he has made after coming out of the house, he said, "Kuch plan nahi banaya hai (I haven't made any plan yet). It's a very exciting time right now to see and to get back to meeting people, meeting your friends again ."

In the house, Vikas and Shilpa Shinde revealed that they will work together again. When he was asked what have they planned, he said, "Kaam shuru hoga. Abhi 2 din hue hai bahar aya hoon thoda sa time dijiyega it will be much better (The work will start. It has just been 2 days that I am out. Give some time, it will be much better)."

During an interview with a leading daily, Vikas had said that he was shocked for a moment when he couldn’t make it to the last lap. “I always thought I will reach top two. Shilpa Shinde was popular as she has been working for 15 years and my public image was made in just 105 days. But you know that you have played a sensible game, so when Hina Khan entered the finale I felt bad for a moment. One shouldn’t forget that Hina has also worked in top shows for eight years."
